By accessing or using the services offered by Infinite Echo Transformation, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including coaching, mentorship, Akashic Records healing, group programs, digital offerings, and any other spiritual, energetic, or mindset services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or agreements provided to you.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not engage in any services or access the website.

Infinite Echo Transformation, LLC provides spiritual, energetic, and mindset-based coaching, including but not limited to:

3. Health Disclaimer

By engaging in any service, you affirm that:

You are in good physical, emotional, and psychological health.

You do not have any condition that would impair your ability to participate in the services.

You understand that our services are spiritual and energetic in nature and do not replace professional healthcare.

If you are under the care of a medical or mental health provider, you agree to consult with them before beginning any program or session with us.

4. Payment Policy

Payment must be made in full or as agreed upon in a payment plan prior to the commencement of any service. If a payment plan is offered and a payment is not received within three (3) days of the due date, services will be paused until the balance is resolved. You are responsible for any fees associated with late payments or failed transactions.

5. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Due to the energetic and time-based nature of our offerings, no refunds will be issued once payment is made.

If you are unsure whether a service is right for you, we encourage you to book a discovery call or reach out with your questions before purchasing.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We honor your time and energy and ask that you honor ours in return. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

All content provided by Infinite Echo Transformation, LLC—including but not limited to videos, PDFs, written materials, meditations, and digital content—is the intellectual property of the Company and is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without explicit written permission.

8. Confidentiality & Community Conduct

All personal information and discussions shared in 1:1 sessions and group containers are held in sacred confidentiality. We also ask that all clients respect the confidentiality and energetic safety of others in group spaces.

Any form of harassment, discrimination, or breach of trust will result in removal from the program or session without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Echo Transformation, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use our services.

You accept full responsibility for your choices and actions during and after engaging with our offerings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of

Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
